Name:Susanna Yearling - 25 for 12
Birthdate:May 14
Susanna was born in the slums, she grew up there, her clock started there and it almost stopped there a number of times. She was raised by a string of foster parents, as her own parents had turned her over to the system for enough time to pay off a loan. They'd always meant to take her back again, but they never quite managed to save up enough to do so, and finally she aged out of the system and ended up joining the workforce.

She held a string of short-lived jobs, factory work mostly, though she did get a job doing housecleaning in the next zone up, she finally had to give it up because transit rates went up and she couldn't afford it any more.

That was right about when she got involved with the local Minutemen, she was clever and she had fast hands, and Elias, their leader, took a shine to her, she was different than the dance-hall girls and the slum-rats. He taught her a lot of things, how to use a gun, for instance, though she always preferred a knife. He also taught her, somewhat indirectly, that if she saw a chance, she should take it.

Her chance came about five years ago, when after a night of shakedowns and gambling, the gang had upwards of fifty years. Elias, being smarter than most, capsuled most of it, and gave the lockbox to Susanna to take to the bank, because she was trustworthy and far less drunk and potentially mutinous as the rest of his crew.
Suffice to say: she never made it to the safe. She high-tailed it out of town, or at least, out of the slums and into the better part of town, all the way up to New Greenwich, where the people who could waste time lived. She walked the whole way, just over eight hours, and she was exhausted by the time she got there, and it was sheer luck that she found a clinic.

The doctor who treated her was named Warren, and he recognized her for one of the newly-arrived, something wild about her eyes, aside from the fact that she had walked all the way there, what he said to her, turning her arm up so that she could see the half-century on her clock was: "This means you don't have to run any more."
She told him that it was exactly why she did have to run.

He took her in then and for the past five years has been helping her adjust to the new lifestyle, doing his best to prove that there really isn't anyone after her, and if there were, it wasn't as if they could find her that easily.

[Susanna is an OC from the universe of In Time, the face in the pictures is Liv Tyler, I own neither of these things. This is just for fun. Mun, muse and PB are all over 21]
